Group tickets can be conveniently booked online through ourĀ secure Group Booking Portal. Before booking, please review the following policies to ensure a smooth experience:
šĀ Group Booking Guidelines:
- AĀ minimum of 10 peopleĀ is required to qualify for group pricing
- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance
- All bookings must be completedĀ online and prepaidĀ using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover)
- Group tickets areĀ timed and datedĀ and are only valid for the selected date and time
- Additional ticketsĀ cannot be addedĀ after your order is placedāplease book for the maximum number expected
- If you need fewer tickets than originally booked, contact Group SalesĀ 48 hours in advanceĀ for a partial refund
- Groups arriving without a reservation areĀ not guaranteed entryĀ and may be charged the walk-up rate
- If additional tickets are needed on the day of your visit, walk-up group pricing may apply
šĀ Youth Groups:
- Must showĀ proof of organization affiliationĀ at check-in
- One adult chaperone is required for every 10 children (grades Kā12)
- For every 10 child tickets purchased, receiveĀ 1 free adult chaperone ticket
