Booking a school visit is easy and can be done online through our secure School Booking Portal. Before you book, please review the following policies:
📌 Booking Guidelines:
- A minimum of 10 students is required to qualify for group pricing
- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance
- All bookings must be pre-paid online using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover)
- Group tickets are timed and dated and expire on the selected visit date
- Additional tickets cannot be added after booking; we recommend booking for the maximum expected group size
- If fewer guests attend than originally booked, contact Group Sales 48 hours in advance for a partial refund
- Groups arriving without a reservation are not guaranteed entry and may be charged walk-up rates
- Proof of school ID is required at check-in
- One adult chaperone is required for every 10 students (grades K–12), with 1 free chaperone ticket per 10 student tickets
