Unfortunately, we are unable to change the name on an existing booking.
If the person named on the booking will not be attending, they can authorize someone else to collect the tickets by providing a signed letter of authorization that includes the following:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for with my card ending in [last 4 digits of card].”
The person collecting the tickets must bring:
- The signed letter of authorization
- A valid photo ID
