I would like to cancel my booking—what are my options?

Tickets to Madame Tussauds Orlando are non-refundable and non-transferable as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

However, if your plans change, you may be able to reschedule your visit date within 12 months of your original purchase.

To change your visit date:

1. Go to the My Account Portal
2. Log in using your order confirmation number and the email address used at purchase
3. Click on the "Booking Portal" link
4. Select "Modify" next to the ticket you wish to change
5. Choose a new date from the available options

Please note: The ability to modify your ticket depends on availability and the number of changes allowed for your ticket type.
