If the cardholder will not be attending, the person collecting the tickets must bring a signed letter of authorization from the cardholder. The letter should include the following:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for with my card ending in [last 4 digits of card].”
The person collecting the tickets must also present a valid photo ID along with the signed letter at the entrance.
